The Boxfit Classes use specialised boxing training techniques

No gimmicks or trendy buzzword workout regimens… Just a rewarding workout. Whilst you get fit, you’ll also learn real boxing techniques… designed to work on cardio fitness, core strength, balance, speed and develop muscle tone.

Join like-minded people, all of different capabilities and fitness but all with the goal of working hard, having fun and getting the most out of this unique training session.
