Staying active whilst staying in

We announced temporary closure to comply with the social distancing requests of the government. But we still want you to stay active and well. Exercise can help to improve your well being and lift your spirits if you hit a low point. So before that happens we suggest keeping to your usual fitness routine. Whatever day or days you would come to HBA to train, keep the routine and don’t stop training, find a space in your home or garden and run through as many of our boxing fitness drills as possible. We’ll keep you posted with tips and suggestions over the coming weeks.
